Thank you so much for hosting my parents! I was so worried if my parents would be pleased because they are quite picky, but they felt right at home from the moment they stepped into the apartment. The apartment is very clean with complete amenities. The furniture is of really high quality, Smart Samsung Frame TV, deLonghi kettle, Laura Ashley toaster and Nescafe coffee pods. The apartment is beautiful and the bed is so big. My mother in particular is a light sleeper, but she slept so so well, which is rare. The location is of course excellent, my parents are so pleased to have Vic Market, Melb Central and so many restaurants within walkable distance. The check in is so easy, communication is also excellent. I am very pleased and would totally come back again if any of my family members come to visit again in the future. Thank you so much!

Unreal accomodation! Clean, spacious, great amenities, the balcony and view is spectacular. It has everything you could want/need. Hosts were faultless – they were extremely helpful, gave clear instructions and were always quick to respond. I couldn’t recommend this apartment or host higher!

My wife and I stayed at the Palladium Tower for two months. This was our second long stay hosted by Welcome Rentals, certainly one of the best hosts you can hope to experience. The WR Team is always responsive, friendly, generous and totally professional. As before, all the apartment furnishings are top notch. The high-end kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly want. The bed is comfy and fitted with quality linens. The rain shower is a dream. The Southbank location is unbeatable. You can walk or tram anywhere with ease. Plus there’s a great supermarket on the Palladium ground floor. And of course, the unobstructed, panoramic view to the ocean from both the bedroom and lounge is nothing short of addicting. If you have the opportunity to book this apartment, do it.
